These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between cdd44 and any registered or unregistered user ("User" or "you") of the platform. By using the cdd44 website, app, or related services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Section 1: Definitions & Applicability

To use cdd44, users must meet the eligibility requirements below. cdd44 reserves the right to immediately close an account if these requirements are not met.

• The user must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.
• The user must be a legally capable adult and able to enter into this agreement voluntarily.
• The user must confirm that participating in online gaming or betting activities is not legally prohibited in their jurisdiction.
• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The user must have an active mobile banking or bank account that is valid and registered in their own name.

Section 3: Account Registration

To open an account on cdd44, the user must complete the designated registration process. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• The name, address, mobile number, and payment method details provided during registration must be genuine and accurate.
• The user must keep their account login credentials (password and username) completely confidential and must not share them with any third party.

• The account is strictly personal — it may not be operated on behalf of a third party or using their funds.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cdd44 may request relevant documents from the user for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This process is carried out solely for the protection of the user's funds.

Section 4: Deposits & Withdrawals

The rules governing financial transactions on cdd44 are detailed below. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The deposit method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer) must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts or unknown sources will be rejected and returned.
• The deposit process will not be completed unless a minimum of ৳300 is deposited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (for example: if deposited via bKash, the withdrawal must also be to bKash).
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, cdd44 may request further information and the withdrawal will remain on hold until verified.

cdd44 may temporarily or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.

If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they may contact the support team. If active bonus wagering requirements have not been met at the time of closure, that bonus will be forfeited, however the user's own funds will be returned.
